• Social Insurance Number (SIN), selfie, and government-issued ID
• Financial information and associated documents
• IP addresses and device metadata
• Calendar and contact data (via integrations)

• When you connect third-party tools (e.g. Microsoft or Google calendar)
• When using our platform features (e.g. scheduling, document uploads)
• Through cookies, error logs, and analytics platforms

We collect information through:

• Integrated services (e.g. Nylas for calendar/email, Stripe for billing)

• All data is stored on AWS servers in the Canada Central region

• (Currently) You cannot delete your account, due to regulatory data retention requirements
• You cannot currently opt out of cookies or analytics
